Ava Napoleon

Ava is an Air Force Veteran with a degree in Child Development. She spent years volunteering in the Hillsborough County School District working with families and students. Her experience in school choice, parent involvement, program management, at-risk family management, grant writing, training, community partnering, administration, teaching, public speaking, marketing, fundraising, childcare, and facilitating communication, make her an invaluable asset for any organization. She is married to Berthony Napoleon, they have two daughters and a grandson.
